Free Updates & Service

Like all good software, RoboTutor is not a static program. It is continuously changing as we add new features, correct bugs, and find ways to make easier to use.

If you would like to always have the latest changes for your organization, we will upload them to your site free and without charge.

There are two ways we can do this:

1. Send us the email address of the person in charge of your server and who will be making the upgrades. We will email the changes to him as they develop.

2. Set us up so we can directly access your server via FTP. Send us a User Name and Password and we will upload all changes directly to your server.

3. If you share the User Name and Password to your online site with us, we will do automatic updates from time to time.
