Combined Search

• This option lets you find groups of persons who meet the criteria of three different fields.
  • List 1: This list is setup from Edit Drop-Down Menus and every student name can be optionally assigned to one of it's criteria.
  • List 2: This list is also setup in Edit Drop-Down Menus and like List 1, has the list name assigned to it when the menu is created.
  • Course: Lists all the courses, both past and future, in the database
• Select whether you want to search for past, future, or both courses and click Submit.
  • The next screen produces a list of all names that meet the combined criteria selected.
  • Click on the name of a person to view the courses for which that person is registered.
  • Click on the name of a course to view how the course is setup.
  • Click the Sort buttons on the top to re-arrange the table.
