This option lets you edit the content of any courses, past or future, in
the database.

It also lets you delete those courses and the associated person names
from the database.
- Use the drop-down to select the
course and click Submit.
- The name of the course may be
changed, but do NOT use "/" or "\". If you do, it will be changed to
"-".

If End Date is left empty, it takes the same value as Start
Date.

If Seats Available is left empty, it takes the same value as
Max Class Size.
- The drop-down menu (List 3) is used
only on the home page to select courses. It is not used in the various
search routines under Administration.
- A course cannot be deleted until
all registered names have been first dropped. Only then will the Delete
button appear at the bottom of the page.
- Check the box under Email to have
an email sent each time someone registers.
- If a course is deleted, registered
students are NOT sent emails. To automatically send them emails, first
use the Drop Names from Courses option. Then delete the course.
