I understand that if I rent my home:
I will get to select the person(s) to rent my home from a list provided by Missionary Home.
I will receive from $500 to $800 per month for the rental of my home.
I will pay an administrative fee of either $25 per month (deducted from my monthly rent check) or a one-time fee of $400 (deducted from my first rent check) at my discretion.
I will be responsible for utility payments, which will be set up as automatic deductions from my banking account(s).
