I understand that if I rent a home:
I will be paying a monthly rental fee of $500 to $800 to rent a home.
I will meet with a Certified Financial Planner to a) determine that I am qualified and can meet my rental payments, and b) help me with a financial plan for my life (this is a FREE service).
I will pay a one-time administrative fee of $29.  This fee is refundable if I am not placed in a home.
I will purchase a renter’s insurance policy for the period of my rental agreement (We will help with this).
Missionary Home will provide my application (to be filled out at the time I meet with Missionary Home) to persons whose homes will be available.
